Introducing corporate yoga and meditation to your workplace is a great way to help employees practice mindfulness and manage stress levels.

Your certified yoga instructors use the best meditation and breathing techniques to get people out of their heads and be in the present moment. This typically results in increased employee productivity & influences a great attitude.

Minimum: 1 Attendee | Maximum: No maximum

PRICING

1. 30 Minutes: $300. A 30 minute class is great for a mid-day break or to get ahead of that 2:00 slump and have time leftover for lunch!

2. 45 Minutes: $315. Think 30 minutes won’t quite cut it? Fill out that lunch break with a 45 minutes of yoga.

3. 1 Hour: $330. Approach your weekend with a zen mindset with a full one-hour class.

Please note: All virtual events are subject to a $250 Happied planning fee, waived for subscribers!

BOOKING TIMELINE

This experience must be booked three weeks in advance. Requests that can be honored in under three weeks may be subject to rush fees.

DEPOSIT

To book this event or order kits, a $300 deposit is required. Please do not checkout with multiple quantities in your cart. Once you complete your deposit, one of our awesome Happied team members will reach out to you within 12 business hours to confirm all the details (number of kits and event vision/goals - if applicable). Your final invoice will include the number of kits, hosting fees (if applicable), and any other fun add-ons you would like!
