  • Happied works with you to select a location, hotel, and activities that best suit your group. We also give you a suggested itinerary to ensure that you have the right mix of work and play on your retreat. We'll suggest the times for you to hold your work or brainstorm sessions (and we have some creative ideas for you to build on) - we don't create the content for your substantive work sessions. After all, you know your business best!

  • Happied specializes in planning offsites in North America, Europe, and Australia.

  • We require a minimum of 2 months to plan your retreat for up to 20 attendees. If you're planning for more than 20 attendees, we need at least 2.5 months. Of course, the sooner the better as we can find the best deals for you the further in advance that you book.

  • The minimum budget for a Happied planned retreat of 4 days (3 nights) is $1500 per person, not including airfare. For anything over 4 days, add a minimum of $200 per person.
