Sales & Planning Project Manager (Part-Time, Contractor)

Commitment: Part-time, Contract (10 hrs/week to start)

Pay: $50-$60/hr + commission

Location: Remote, with availability during US-based business hours

✨ About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed contractor to help manage our sales and planning operations for offsites and retreats. You’ll support lead generation, outreach, and proposal management on the sales side, and keep our planning team accountable and on track behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on checklists, knows how to gently follow up 3 times without flinching, and loves making chaos run like clockwork.

🔧 What You’ll Do

Sales Operations

  • Research and pull qualified leads based on targeting criteria

  • Send cold outreach using provided templates

  • Track responses and manage leads through our pipeline

  • Create client proposals using templates

  • Collaborate with the founders on sales calls and handoffs (you will not be required to take sales calls)

Planning Support

  • Staff planners to client projects and track their progress

  • Follow up to ensure key deliverables (like rooming lists, welcome packets, RSVPs) are on time

  • Jump in to fix or respond to client issues when planners miss things

  • Keep trackers and tools (Jotform, Coda, Groupize, spreadsheets) up to date and organized

✅ You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Are an extremely organized self-starter who doesn’t let balls drop

  • Have experience in sales ops, project coordination, or client services

  • Know how to communicate clearly and kindly with clients and vendors

  • Can spot a data discrepancy or a missed RSVP from a mile away

  • Are comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Jotform, and Coda

  • Bonus: experience in event planning, travel logistics, or hospitality
