Happied plans retreats 🌴 all over the world 🌎 and they aren’t limited to the ones currently listed on our website.
If you already have a retreat idea in mind or don’t know where to start let us know, we’ll create a custom retreat tailored to fit your team’s needs, anywhere in the world.

We require a minimum of 2 months to plan your retreat for up to 20 attendees. If you're planning for more than 20 attendees, we need at least 2.5 months. Of course, the sooner the better as we can find the best deals for you the further in advance that you book.

The minimum budget for a Happied planned retreat of 4 days (3 nights) is $1500 per person, not including airfare. For anything over 4 days, add a minimum of $200 per person.

Happied works with you to select a location that best suits your group and budget, then we select the best hotel and activities. We also give you suggested itineraries to ensure that you have the right mix of work and play on your retreat. We'll suggest the times for you to hold your work or brainstorm sessions (and we have some creative ideas for you to build on), but we don't create the content for your substantive work sessions. After all, you know your business best!

We sure can! Please note that our booking fee for travel is charged separately at a flat fee of $1000 for groups of up to 30.
Retreats

Each event is planned by an expert, dedicated event planner from our team ensuring you can take it easy while we do all of the hard work. Planning includes event ideation, RSVP management, venue and vendor booking, as well as custom run of shows and event logistics.

Our one-off in-person events are currently only available in the U.S.

No, we are able to plan an event anywhere in the US. If you have a location or event idea in mind let us know and we’ll create a custom event for your team.

We currently support fabulous virtual events for companies all over the world.

We recommend a budget of at least $30pp for online events with no shipped food, drink or kit component and a budget of at least $80pp for online events with shipped food, drink or activity kits.
For in-person events, we recommend a budget of at least $50pp for light socials and at least $100pp for events with full meals.
