IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Arrival Airport: Please fly in to Miami International Airport (MIA) and take a ride share or taxi (to be reimbursed by Coder) to the hotel.

  Please plan to arrive in Miami by 3:00pm ET.

  International attendees are welcomed and encouraged to arrive on Sunday, November 2 to allow for downtime post travel. Please note on your registration if you are arriving on Sunday.

• Hotel Check in: 4:00 PM

• Registration Deadline: We ask that all registrations be completed by August 11, 2025.

• Departure: You are welcome to depart Miami on either Thursday, November 6 or Friday, November 7.

  Thursday will be set aside for team level meetings and activities, but we understand if you need to leave that day. Please be sure to accurately note what day you intend do leave when registering. Transportation from the hotel to MIA airport will be provided.
